It depends on the method of delivery selected and when you placed your order. We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order and payment.

• Download Orders: Download orders are processed automatically by our FastSpring online store. Your download information and key are shown on your order confirmation screen and are also emailed directly to you. If you do not see your order email within a few hours, please check your spam folder.
• Physical Shipments: Software kits are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. Orders shipped to US addresses can take up to a week or more (depending on postal delays). International shipping has been very slow lately, sometimes taking as long as two months and is impacted by destination destination and customs delays.

While you are awaiting either the physical or email delivery of your program, you may be able to use the demo version if this is available for the selected program.
