Shipping Information for physical shipments

We usually ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. If any items are out of stock we will ship what we have available and cancel any out-of-stock merchandise.

How We Send Your Package

We use a flat rate to calculate your shipping charges. All shipments are sent by standard US mail. Estimated shipping is located on the first page of your cart and may change once your address is entered into your order. To find out the exact shipping charges for an order, completely fill out your address information.

Can I ship my order to more than one address?

Please submit a separate order for each shipping address.

Can I track my package?

Backup CDs are sent via standard US mail and may not include tracking. Please allow a full two weeks for backup CDs to be delivered. Other US orders are shipped via USPS First Class package rates and include a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail after several days, please check your spam folder.

Tracking isn't always available on International orders using standard USPS shipping methods. If available, your tracking number will be send via a shipping confirmation e-mail.
